Where parenting, learning, and tech come together with heart.
Hi friend,
I’m so glad you’re here.
I’m Jessica- former public school teacher, mama to six, and passionate about helping families feel connected to their kids and confident in their role as everyday educators.
I started The EdTech Mom because I saw a gap. A gap between what families need and what most education tools provide. Between what we want learning to feel like at home and what it often turns into (cue the tears, tech issues, or sibling meltdowns).
This space is for real conversations around parenting, practical tips on using tech tools that actually help (not add more stress), and encouragement for anyone trying to raise curious, capable, and connected kids in a noisy world.
Whether you’re a parent trying to support learning at home, an edtech founder trying to better serve families, or someone who just loves nerding out over how kids learn, welcome. You’re in the right place.
Here’s what you can expect:
- Thoughtful tips for using tech in ways that support connection, not replace it
- Ideas for making learning fun, doable, and woven into real life
- Encouragement (with a side of humor) for the wild ride that is parenting
- A little strategy, a little heart, and a lot of honesty
So grab your coffee (or reheat it for the 4th time), and let’s learn, grow, and build something beautiful together.
With heart,
Jessica | The EdTech Mom
